Hello MiniMax Team,

I am writing to report an unauthorized charge on my account. A payment was deducted without my consent.

I have automatic payments / auto-recharge disabled on my account, so this charge should not have occurred. I did not authorize this transaction.

Could you please:

  1. Confirm why this charge was made.
  2. Issue a full refund for the unauthorized amount.
  3. Confirm that automatic payments are disabled on my account to prevent this from happening again.
