[Feature Request] Native Linux desktop build for MiniMax Code #118

Description

@Francuchin

Problem MiniMax Code desktop only ships official builds for macOS and Windows. Linux users (a large and growing segment of your developer audience) cannot use the desktop product locally. The web app is fine, but it lacks local filesystem access, terminal integration, and the workspace experience that makes the desktop product valuable.

Why this should be easy The product is Electron-based (or similar cross-platform stack). A Linux build is electron-builder --linux AppImage,deb away. We're not asking for a rewrite — we're asking for a build target.

Why this matters

Linux developers are a core target audience for an AI coding tool
GitHub, Arch, Fedora, Ubuntu, NixOS userbases are large and vocal
Paid Linux users exist and are underserved
Open-sourcing the project (which is on the roadmap) will partially solve this, but not today
Proposal Ship an AppImage (distro-agnostic) + .deb in the next release. Charge for support tier if needed, but the binary should be free.

I'm happy to:

Beta test
Help with packaging
File distro-specific issues (AUR, etc.)
Please share a tentative timeline or roadmap confirmation.

👍 if you also want this.
