New function to match a PVSS with a full sine pulse #176

Description

Hutchinson engineers have requested a function to match an experimental PVSS with a full sine pulse instead of just the half sine. The full sine pulse has more of a typical low-frequency and high-frequency ramp (like most real-world shock events).

It seems the high frequency ramp is identical to that of the half sine for an identical pulse width, amplitude, and damping ratio. So this suggests a fair bit of the code there can be used for this new function? Here is a colab that does a bit of comparing: https://colab.research.google.com/drive/1Yo61No4XACccs31gTBF9t322zImstQhw?usp=sharing
