I struggled to find the correct way to implement invoking an external Powershell file using the Powershell SDK from C#.
I ended up having to log PowerShell/PowerShell#16893 in order to get some help and get unblocked.
In the Hosting samples, there isn't an example that reflects the use case and the documentation the maintainer supplied was sourced from SO.
