[Suggestion] For Everyone / .foreveryone - runs the command for every player

Describe the feature

for example, {player} as placeholder for every user.
the command will scan all of the users on tablist and completions and would run the command for every user.
like:

/pay {player} 100k
pays every user 100k
with adjustable delay"

(PLEASE do not decline PLEASE i spent 20 mins for the drawing)

also .foreveryone stop to stop it or an stop bind like on the image

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)

1. I think theres a higher acceptance rate of you draw it on paper
2. its probably out of the scope of the client. but theres probably some addon that does this
