[Suggestion] OpSec implementation

Describe the feature

This was already suggested on #6413 but as ExploitPreventer by NikOverflow. Since OpSec mod gets updated frequently, the mod could be automatically downloaded when downloaded to make it install it up-to-date. Or the same but OpSec + ExploitPreventer combo.

Before submitting a suggestion

• This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)

• This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)

We are not adding any external download functionality in Meteor, nor are we going to bundle any of these mods.
Users have the right (and duty) to protect their own Minecraft instances by downloading ExploitPreventer by themselves.

Note: we cannot recommend opsec since it's mostly made via LLM and we are not interested in verifying the correctness and efficacy of their mod.
