[Bug] v2.11.33 breaks domestic DIRECT traffic on Huawei HOP-AL10 / HarmonyOS 7.0

Environment

• Device: Huawei HOP-AL10
• OS: HarmonyOS 7.0
• ClashMetaForAndroid: 2.11.33
• Subscription/config: the same configuration was tested on both versions

Problem

After upgrading from 2.11.32 to 2.11.33, overseas websites and apps work through the proxy, but domestic websites and domestic Android apps cannot load or refresh while the Clash VPN is enabled. Turning the VPN off immediately restores domestic access.

I repeatedly tested the settings for bypassing private networks, DNS hijacking, and allowing apps to bypass the VPN, but the problem remained.

I then uninstalled 2.11.33 and installed 2.11.32 again, using the same phone and the same subscription/configuration. Domestic traffic worked normally again.

Expected behavior

Domestic traffic should use DIRECT while overseas traffic continues to use the proxy, as it did in 2.11.32.

Regression

This appears to be a regression in 2.11.33. Possible areas include TUN/VPN route handling, DNS handling, or the DIRECT route on HarmonyOS.

Please let me know if any specific sanitized logs or diagnostic information would help. I will remove subscription URLs, UUIDs, passwords, and other sensitive data before sharing logs.
