The `p` (paste) does not work well.

• v (enter the visual mode).
• select a word.
• y (yank).
• p (try to paste).

Nothing happen.

To add to that: it's not possible to paste text from system clipboard. Assume, I have prepared a query somewhere else or have it generated by some tool. I am not able to paste it into query window for execution.

This one's a real bugger for me. I've got a whole set of SQL queries saved in a code repository and I when I want to use them I have to type them out.

I'm unable to replicate the bug on my machine. I suspect it's a OS/Terminal specific thing.

For those of you who can't paste, please see if it works better in an attempted fixed version by opening sqlit with this:
