Access Sync Failure: PhysioNet says "Granted" but Google Group is empty (2 weeks)

Issue: I have been granted access to MIMIC-IV v3.1 on PhysioNet, but my Google Account is not being added to the Google Group. It has been 2 weeks since I signed the DUA.

Evidence:

PhysioNet: Shows green banner "Access previously awarded".

Email: I received multiple automated "You have requested access" confirmation emails (attached below).

Google Groups: My "My Groups" page is completely empty.

BigQuery: Returns Access Denied for physionet-data.

I have already tried removing and re-adding my cloud email in settings multiple times. Could you please manually sync my account?
