Crate search for "small vec" does not find this

This crate is harder to find than it could be. Both "small vec" and "tiny vec" searches on crates.io fail to find this crate (within the first couple of pages).

Probably just ensure the words "small vec tiny" appear in the README somewhere.

BTW there's also a very new tiny-vec crate to add to the confusion.

If you want to update the readme and/or Cargo.toml fields in whatever way you think would fix the search results, then I can merge it and publish a new version.
