Subject: [PATCH] Name the Sales Navigator license in the plusPlanRequired hint

Every nv.* action also needs a Sales Navigator subscription on the LinkedIn account; a hint that names only the Plus seat sends a customer without one to pay for Plus and still fail. Bumped to 1.2.17 so the merge publishes it. Mirrors the review fix on flutterwtf/LinkedAPI-Core#589.
