Subject: [PATCH] Hint how to unlock Sales Navigator actions on
 plusPlanRequired

plusPlanRequired shared its case with subscriptionRequired and printed
only the API message. It now has its own case with a hint, as
trialLimitReached does: Sales Navigator actions need a Plus seat, where
to switch, and that the LinkedIn account stays connected. Bumped to
1.2.16 so the merge publishes it.
