[Bug]: Format bar on phone

What happened?

In changelog for v0.489, it says format bar will have one row.

But i could still see two lines

How do we make it happen?

We moved some buttons around recently, but made things worse, apparently. Trying to declutter right now, and the fix will ship asap. I will post a screenshot in a bit.

The bullet/number list moved into the "+" menu, since they are easy to do with the keyboard alone. We believe that is the right move.

If possible, you can try implementing horizontal scroll bar with order either fixed or user customizable.

On mobile, this has possibly confused things.

If I want bullet list or a numbered list I press the "+" icon, but if I want a checklist I press the "..."

Similar functions, but in two different places.

Personally I use these types of lists options much more than I would use the insert image/doc/audio or even the text formatting for that matter, so for me these would be much more prominent - the checklist specifically, as the markdown for that is more tricky than that for bullet or numbered list.

Is there an option that would allow us to customise the toolbar to alleviate all these issues and allow each person to have it how they best use it?

(Also, from a design point of view, it could be worth at least swapping the "+" and "..." icons round on the mobile view, for consistency with the desktop view...E.G. the "+" sits directly to the left of the attach image/file/audio icons)
