Wrong capitalization amd autocorrection, and stuttering

Dont know if its me BUT it capitalizes a lot (especially short words, it looks like)
For example The words "last, next, the" get capitalized in the middle of as sentence
Also "AND" gets capitalized To END
And so on
Last, around the same time the keyboard begun stuttering a lot

its preferring user history than the main dictionary can you try after changing the suggestions settings

another thing to try is turn personal suggestion off and then on , which will clear the personal suggestion history

Still happens in 4.2.0:

Gets added back to the personal dictionary every time after removing it. But I discovered that the issue doesn't occur when disabling Add learnt words to personal dictionary, so I'll leave that off for now.

there is certainly something buggy on the suggestion which leads to all the issues, ill check deep
