Gifted Sub Double Up + False Reporting of Subscriber Mode

Describe the bug
Odablock's channel double's up subs, also falsely reports Subscriber Mode

Gifted subs randomly show up 2-3 times extra, usually within minutes of each other or sometimes even 12-24 hours later.

Also the API reports his channel is in Sub Only mode when its not.

Not sure why this has to be a GH issue but here we are.

@zachingle-easygo requesting help with this one as this is actively affecting a channel every day, leaving both the chat and streamer confused when subs come in.
