429 TooManyRequests error

Describe the bug
We got 429 TooManyRequests errors between 1 am to 5 am April 2nd UTC, even though there was no API call peak during that time.

To Reproduce
Call https://api.kick.com/public/v1/livestreams API.

Expected behavior
I expected above API responded 200 success as usual.

Additional context
Our API call count was average 687 per minute, max 1.35K per minute.
