[Feature request] Display compilation time

Thanks for this package, definitely an enormous improvement for my workflows with very easy set-up!

One thing that I am slightly missing is the percentage of the time spent in compilation.
This might be specific to my packages, but I find that very often, an enormous chunk of my test time is simply spent in compiling code, and I find it nice to be able to monitor this.
Would there be any interest in me opening a PR and adding this feature, or is there someone that has some spare time for this?

Otherwise, possibly relevant package to include to the list that uses this package: MatrixAlgebraKit.jl.
Happy to open a PR for that too, if this is the right place.

Would that be an additional column in the ParallelTestRunner list of jobs? That'd along the same line as #86, I think. CC @christiangnrd

Yeah, my bad I should have checked the open PRs. That would exactly be what I am after!

That's basically already in! I'll probably get back to #86 in the near future.
