Wrap `Segment`

Still need to wrap line segment commands. This would be nice for displaying Graph's(as in LightGraphs not plot graphs) and things.

I might take a stab at this

Took a quick stab at this, try and understand my skills in Julia are so-so, and JS are nonexistant. Feel free to rip this PR apart and make it better, at the end of the day I just want segments to exist :).

You can do with version >= 0.5.0

using JSXGraph
b = board("graph", xlim=(-1, 4), ylim=(-1, 3)) do b_
	a = point(0.0, 0.0; name="A")
	c = point(2.0, 2.0; name="B")
	d = point(3.0, 0.5; name="C")
	push!(b_, a, c, d)
	push!(b_, segment(a, c), segment(c, d), segment(a, d))
end
