Error: Cannot connect to /140.82.121.3:443

Additionally Github pages opened from Vector are not fully functioning, but working correct opemed in browser. E.g.

• adding a file to this issue is not possible (tapping on the button does nothing)adding a file to this issue is not possible (tapping on the button does nothing, added afterwards in browser)
• tapping on "Releases" on the main page does nothing

"Recent activities" in module UI shows "could not reach github".
