Does this update notification matter?

i keep receiving "need update" notification after installing vector from the latest stable release. i havent find any newer stable releases so far.
Do i need to do anything? I'm not sure if this notification indicates that i should use canary releases or just wait for new releases.

This is a known issue. Please refer to issue #585. You can resolve this issue by clearing the cache for com.android.shell.

A quick tip: You might try swiping up from the bottom in Vector UI to access the Recent Apps screen, then tap the app’s icon to go to the App Info page and clear the cache.
