After rebooting tablet is stuck in tablet is starting loop

I have tried to put 3.3.2.1666 version on my remarkable 2.
After puting an image file on to the tablet I ran the restore function and restarted the tablet.

It says tablet is starting, flashes black and repets the cycle.

I tried to reboot it multiple times and the battery was more than half charged, to not run in to the low battery starting cycle

Is there anything I can do insted of doing something like this recovery (https://github.com/ddvk/remarkable2-recovery) or sending the tablet back?

What steps did you take to "put the image file on your tablet"?

It sounds like you didn't flash the correct image and it's failing to boot. So recovery is your only option.

I generated the image like in the instructions for 3.3.2.1666, just added the —hardware rm2 tag

The firs time I did the restore function I lost connection to the tablet, but I tried it the second time and everything looked ok, but than the tablet did not restart

Could you write out the steps you took, without just copying them from the instructions. I've had several instances where people told me they followed those instructions, but when they listed what they did, they were missing important steps, or added in new steps that break things.
