Hi @JavascriptIsMagic,
I'm working on an open-source AsyncAPI UI https://github.com/AceTheCreator/aui library and would like to publish it on npm under the name of aui.
We want aui to be the alternative to https://github.com/asyncapi/asyncapi-react https://www.npmjs.com/package/@asyncapi/react-component. Which is old and outdated, yet it still has 240K + weekly downloads on npm. And the creators of aui are maintainer in that repo itself.
I noticed the aui package on npm (associated with this repo) hasn't had a release since v2.1.1 in September 2015, and the project appears inactive.
Would you be open to Transferring the npm package name aui to me ?
I'm happy to:
- Acknowledgment in the README for transferring the name
- Handle the npm ownership change however you prefer
If you're not interested or no longer have access to the npm account, no worries at all — just let me know.
I can also be reached at mohdmehdi2003@gmail.com if easier.
Thanks for your time
