ISC Onboarding Implementation

Elizabeth, who was the previous community manager, worked on two extensive onboarding plans for the ISC community, which I'll be working with. Why is this being worked on? As noted by Elizabeth "Before we can think about fostering a community of contributors, we need to build a firm foundation for continued engagement by offering a positive and helpful onboarding experience." and I 100% agree with.

Jeff and I have been working on the bot messaging for Slack. We've tried different iterations for this, and after asking Claude, it said we might be able to make the flow more interactive with the automation tool (n8n). update: with the help of Jeff, we've been able to work this out with n8n. it's far from perfect but a good start.

• get sign off on the guide for contributors for the website
