Updating mcp configuration using npx ig config

Description

As a user, I have project with installed cli and outdated MCP configuration. I want to update the configuration to latest. I have used "npx igniteui-cli@latest ig ai-config" and "ig ai-config". Finally "npm i -g igniteui-cli"

Steps to Reproduce

1. npx igniteui-cli@latest
2. npm i -g igniteui-cli
3. ig ai-config

Actual Result

All skills were updated to latest, but the MCP were not. I needed to copy/paste the correct configuration manually.

Expected Result

As a user I expect, when I update my cli and use "ig ai-config" to receive the last released version of all skills and MCPs even if they are already available in my project.
