Adding Paginator/Toolbar to Row Island of a Hierarchical Grid breaks vertical scrollbar when expanding children

Description

Vertical scrollbar contains inaccurate sizes for the Hierarchical Grid when applying Paginator/Toolbar to a Row Island and expand any of the rows for Elements

• igniteui-angular version: 21.1.x
• browser: any

Steps to reproduce

1. Run the Elements samples and scroll to the hierarchical grid(or comment all grid except the hgrid)
2. Expand the first few rows
3. Scroll to bottom

Result

There's empty white area in the grid view area at the bottom. Scrolling to the top breaks the vertical scrolling even further.

Expected result

There should be no issues and empty space in the grid view after expanding/collapsing rows.
