Column actions dropdown is wrongly positioned

Description

When toggle the column actions dropdown in grid toolbar the first time dropdown is shown it is shown on wrong location. The next time dropdown is shown it is rendered correctly.

• igniteui-angular version: 21.0.x

Steps to reproduce

1. Start the dev samples.
2. Go to Grid Column Moving sample.
3. In grid toolbar click column pinning or column hiding button.

Result

Dropdown is rendered at some random position.

Expected result

Dropdown should be rendered next to the related button.
