Add igxButton directive to the buttons in csv export and transaction samples

1. Run the samples
2. Load CSV Export > CSV Export Raw Data sample
3. Check the two export buttons
4. Load Transactions > Base transaction sample
5. Check the buttons

Result: The plain buttons look like text

Expected result: The buttons should be added the igxButton directive so they are styled nicely.
