IIIF Archive.org Page: Misleading Image

There is a section, "Using the IIIF Helpers on Internet Archive".

This section contains an image of text, but that's not entirely clear. I just spent a couple minutes trying to figure out why I couldn't click the links, particularly because my browser (Safari) has done OCR on this image so I could "select" the text.

I thought there was some sort of invisible overlay on the page. It was only when I right-clicked to view the source that I realized it was an image.

Can this be fixed please?
