bug: Auto-updating a theme only works once per toggling of auto-update

Describe the bug

Changing theme or wallpaper does not affect Code theme while Wallbash auto-update setting is enabled. Disabling and re-enabling auto-update fixes the issue for one wallpaper/theme change. Running >wallbash reload as advised in #2 produces no effect.

I am basing this on the assumption that this is an issue with the Code-wallbash plugin as none of my other applications had this issue.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install HyDE via the install script.
2. Open Code OSS and change the HyDE theme or wallpaper.
3. Change it a second time (this is where the issue occurs).

Expected Behavior

Code OSS theme should change properly on every wallpaper/theme change or reload.

Hi I don't really know much on how to optimize this. But how about reloading the VS Code window.

Be sure you don't have multiple extension directories. see ls ~/.vscode/extensions/thehydeproject.wallbash*

Also do not spam it. The extension is being written during theme/wallpaper changes. Vscode hates it when you rapidly change the files. It prevents you or the file watcher just dies if you rapidly do that. That is why reloading a window fixes it.

Feel free to open an MR for optimization.

Checked just now and there's only one folder, for 0.3.6.

It prevents you or the file watcher just dies if you rapidly do that.

Additionally, sometimes if I manually close and reopen Code, it will update the colorscheme, but it changes to the one for the previous wallpaper/theme, not the current one. I assume this is the result of this behavior.
