feature request: run a script when rotation occurs

I'd like to reapply my wallpaper (I have a script that uses feh). Others are asking for other things like rotating the webcam etc.; so there should be an extension mechanism. Just use QProcess I suppose.

Are you open to pull requests? It looks like a lot of stuff is going on in various forks, but AUR still uses your repo.

I need to run a command after the landscape orientation such as "killall easystroke" (or even better rotate it with ScreenRotator). The same for Barrier for dev work between a desktop and the rotated device.
