Support compress punctuation to optimize CJK typography

DTP is one of Graphite's development goal, so typography is one of the most important part. However, I tested Graphite with Chinese texts typography and found that it doesn't support compress punctuation, result to the justify alignment is not so "justify".

I think it's better to support compress punctuation like libreoffice/scribus/typst... Thank you.

The punctuation in Chinese is full width punctuation. However, you can see in the screenshots, it's not exactly full width after applied justify alignment. Some punctuations can't be the first character of line, so it's necessary to compress punctuation or even dynamic adjust character spaces to achieve "true" justify.

In fact, there are three principles here:

• compress punctuation
• dynamic character spaces
• overflow punctuation
