RC1.7 "public_html" folder requirements

With the new requirement to serve from the "public_html" folder within Roundcube, icons are not shown as they are hardcoded within php files. Here are errors I get:

unlock.svg:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
status_nosig.png:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

Thanks for reporting, I do not have the time right now but I will have a look into this over the coming weeks. I saw that you updated your PR with a possible workaround, I have some thoughts about that but yeah, unfortunately no time right now. Will get back to this when I can.

I went to do a pull request, but it said it could not be merged automatically, so I did not want to put that headache on you. I figure when you get the time, you will prevail. I have retired recently myself, so I have loads of time. Been in high gear creating plugins I have dreamed of for a long time. I know time is precious and I have plenty of it.
