so the Dpad downfoward, does not work, you have to use both bottons for it to work, is there a way to make it where, i dont need to use both bottons at the same time? instead i can slide from down to foward and get downfoward? basically 8 directional Dpad if possible.

There's no need to configure anything. The on-screen D-pad is already eight-directional out of the box.

okay cool, figured it out and second the 8dirctal should be like a pad, you can do cirucle motion, from down, swipe clock wise, and get downfoward, to forward, with this dpad, i need to push each botton individually for it to get the command, think of like a gaming controller,dpad

do you see how my ipad looks, it's an 8 directional meaning i can swipe down forward, or press in between, i have a video you can see for an example

see. with this video, it shows exactly what i mean from the dpad i did QCF, basically that means "quarter circle foward" if you know what tekken is it's a comman i did to get that first attack move.

Your left thumb never leaves the D-pad area; you just swipe directly to the front-down direction, which effectively presses both direction keys simultaneously. Okay, I understand your requirement now. I will update this feature in the Android version first.
