Subject: [PATCH] Fix outdated tips in en_US.txt

- "installed a backup mod" -> "configured backup mod"
- Replace Battlegear slots tip with offhand slot (removed in 2.8)
- Update wiki URL from gtnh.miraheze.org to wiki.gtnewhorizons.com
