Add CI benchmark workflow and PR summary comment #81

Add .github/workflows/benchmark.yml triggering on main push and weekly schedule. Run 10k-row variants only. Post a structured summary comment with p50 time, peak memory, repair fidelity, false-repair rate, and preservation rate.

Implemented in #76.
