Freeter is damaged error on macOS Sonoma - won't run at all

I keep getting this error on Apple Silicon version, please can you fix this, it works fine on the Intel version.

The SHA256 hash for the .dmg is 8b6c2e171eaf9e2e80d2506315c86a532a9cc855c91fa59972b9bc6d3cbdd38e

I've tried downloading this file twice in Safari and Firefox, the issue persists so I can't use it.

Execute the following command line in the Terminal:
xattr -cr /Applications/Freeter.app

Then try to run Freeter again.
