[Feature Request]: Skipping with media buttons while player is in unfocused

Problem Description

Inability to easily skip in video while player is in background and I am working with other apps.

Proposed Solution

Using the media buttons (fast forward and rewind) to skip video playback a few seconds forwards or backwards in unfocused FreeTube, would allow us to have other apps open while referencing a video in FreeTube. You already have scroll to skip, I suggest to also optionally make it work with the fast forward/ rewind media buttons and let us choose the number of seconds to skip.
