[bug]: System Updates does not load when accessed from Summary page

Issue Description

Issue with Updates → System Updates

1.The System Updates tab is not loading when navigating from Summary → System Upgrades Available → Count.
It only shows “Loading system updates data” and never completes.

2.The Summary section is not showing the correct count of upgradable packages.
It either shows the count as “0” or “Integrated System Updates not available on this platform”.
