When pressing the space bar in numeric mode it should remain in numeric mode #427

Feature description
At the moment, if one enters the numeric/symbols mode (ie presses the “?123” key) and at some point it adds a space, the keyboard goes back to “normal” mode. So, if one has not finished using the symbols in the numeric/symbols mode it has to press “?123” once again.
In my opinion, this is very inefficient and annoying. The keyboard should switch from one mode to another only when explicitly requested, that is when pressing “?123” in the normal model or “ABC” in the numeric/symbols mode.
