Steps to reproduce the bug
Description: The timer stops and does not send notifications when the app is closed.
- Create a new 15 seconds timer
- Start the timer
- Immediately leave/close the Fossify Clock app (this step is crucial)
- Wait for the timer notification
Expected behavior
After 15 seconds, a sound and popup notification should appear.
Actual behavior
- No notification is received.
- Reopening Fossify Clock and checking the timer settings shows that the timer is still running in countdown mode, even after waiting for 2 minutes.
- Notifications are only triggered if the timer settings are open/focused; they appear as soon as the timer reaches zero in this state.
