Reports Web - Sticky toolbar cause Export setting popup misalign

Describe the bug
When toolbar is sticky and export settings is enabled the export settings popup is aligned to left

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set the toolbar sticky
2. Enable export settings
3. Try to configure export
4. Export settings popup is misaligned

Expected behavior
Popup should be aligned center

Hello!

I was able to reproduce the issue, created a ticket, and forwarded it to our developers. Please expect changes in future versions.
