Preconditions:

• Use a workspace with two employees who each have approved expenses

1. Open https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Go to Concierge chat
3. Enter "Top Employees by Spend"
4. When the result is sent by Conciege, refresh the page

Expected Result:

The chart is shown with updated bars

Actual Result:

The chart is shown empty, need to refresh to update the bars on chart
