vitest와 @vitest/*는 서로 정확한 버전을 peer로 요구해 개별 PR이 항상 실패한다.
별도 전환 과제로 분리한 메이저(eslint 10, tailwindcss 4, jsdom 30, zip, cocoa 0.23+)는
과제 완료 전까지 제안을 멈춘다.
