[BUG] UniGetUI has wrong information about installed programs

• I have searched for my issue and have not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have tested that this issue has not been fixed in the latest (beta or stable) release.

Describe your issue

UniGetui does not have the correct information about the installed programs.
Some programs are not installed (e.g. Atom; it used to be).
An existing version of other programs will be installed (e.g. Basecamp).
Version 10.x of SyncBackSE will be installed, whereas version 12 is currently installed.
And more.

I think this is related

It shows some 115.com Chrome download as the update for MS VCResist

I don't even have Chrome installed on this machine. The real manifest for it ( here: https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/blob/master/manifests/m/Microsoft/VCRedist/2015%2B/x86/14.51.36231.0/Microsoft.VCRedist.2015%2B.x86.installer.yaml) gives a proper MS download link
