[2.0] assert every object's `required` properties actually exist

in CycloneDX 2.0 we have huge amount ob new object structures built.

goal

test that every required property exists.

• defined in .required
• defined in {if,then,else}...required
• any other reference to a property that must exist for the schema to be sane

tooling

have a QA tool that asserts this additionalProperties is present and set to false
