/feedback doesn't work

Expected Behavior

Both /feedback something something and /feedback "something else" should open up this bug-report form in Github.

Actual Behavior

Neither:

• /feedback something something nor
• /feedback "something else" (which is the documented way)

open up this Github issues form.

Instead, the model / agent treats it as a project issue / user prompt and starts digging into code.
