feat: Add C# Math.Truncate() entry

Description

This PR adds a new documentation entry for the Math.Truncate() method in C#.

The new file is located at: content/c-sharp/concepts/math-functions/terms/truncate/truncate.md

This entry follows the established format for C# term entries, including metadata, syntax, a standard example, and a runnable Codebyte example, and passes all linting and testing checks.
