feature: add a sort method

I have started cleaning my forks: I had over 100+ when I started. I have many I want to keep.

So now, they are the first 20 I see when I launch the CLI.

I feel like an option to sort out the repository would help me:

- by last commit date
- by number of PR opened
- random
