This [function](https://github.com/CodeForPittsburgh/fishfrymap/blob/9711712a7f635906f380237f2b1e060c601ab231/assets/js/app.js#L691) is a bit of a dog's breakfast. It ideally should be a) data-driven and b) faster. I've tested some code that will do that.
