Overview

For the login/signup auth flow, we want to make a component that can be used to tell the user either of the following:

• An email has been sent to their inbox if they forgot their password
• Their account was created and they must wait for admin confirmation

Details about this component are in Figma

Acceptance Criteria

• Implement the signup form frontend to match the latest Figma design. This includes layout, colors, typography, and spacing for all states. Use Tailwind + shadcn components (prioritize existing components) and other design system elements within our codebase.
• There should be a component that takes in a heading and details as props and can render the cards as shown below
• A page where the cards are created on top of a background should exist as shown below
